It is with great pleasure to introduce the first issue of our Employment Law newsletter. This quarterly publication is dedicated to providing readers with useful news and information regarding employment law. I will be writing about changes in Employment Laws, the EEOC and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights as well as new case law affecting employers. It is imperative that employers are aware of laws that affect relationships between the employers and their employees.

There are also such laws as the American with Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act that affects the relationship. It is my job to keep you current on the laws, rules and regulations in this specialized area of the law. For that and other reasons, I am very excited to launch this quarterly newsletter. I welcome your feedback and am interested to hear from you about any relevant topic you would like discussed in forthcoming issues as well as any requested seminars that might be of service to your dealership/business.
