Attached here is a Notice to Dealers sent out by Colombo & Colombo in November 2015 regarding the use of consumer credit reports for employment purposes.
As of September 21, 2018, you must begin using a new Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act which was just recently issued by the CFPB to include information about a consumer’s right to obtain a security freeze on their credit report. The updated form can be found online at:
